Aftercare for Permanent Makeup
Every appointment with includes an aftercare kit with all that you need to perfect the healing process. You will receive either an oil-based aftercare ointment or a water-based lotion depending on your skin type.
- Blot the brows either using an antiseptic wipe or your ink soap rinse provided to you in aftercare bag 30 minutes post procedure and again two hours later. This is to blot off excess lymph and plasma fluid to prevent scabbing for a easy & breezy healing.
- Twice a day (AM & PM) blot the brows using a cotton pad/round with 1 -2 pumps of the Ink Soap foam aftercare rinse and gently pat. Be sure to get under natural brow hairs to make sure the whole area is sterile. - - - - Once clean, apply a ‘grain of rice’ size amount of ointment to each brow carefully using a Q-tip or completely clean fingers. The amount of ointment applied should have a chapstick finish not gloss. If so, blot of excess ointment so the brows can breathe.
Following your aftercare instructions for the full 10-14 day healing process will help maximize your healed results and color retention. Results vary or all individuals and can not guarantee your results.
